Under no circumstances are you permitted to submit information to WikiForge that is illegal to display, distribute, or disseminate in the United States. In addition to this, WikiForge does not host unsubstantiated insults, hate or rumours against a person or group of people; communities characterised as toxic; lascivious content involving minors; promotion of violence, hatred, or harassment; or other content specified by our policies. Derogatory language may be allowed only when necessary to document an event (e.g., quoting material in context).
10. Global Conduct
When using our Services, we expect productive behavior that furthers a wiki's purpose. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, hate speech, personal threats, and other abusive behaviors.

WikiForge has not reviewed all of the sites linked and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by WikiForge. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.
12. Site Terms of Service Modifications
WikiForge may revise these terms of service for its Services at any time without notice. By using this Web Site, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.

Any claim relating to WikiForge's web site shall be governed by the laws of Kootenai County, Idaho, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Individuals or entities who manage or finance a specific wiki hosted on WikiForge's platform ("Wiki Contacts") are responsible for upholding the Terms of Service and ensuring compliance. Staff may step in to enforce compliance and take necessary actions, including content removal, wiki deletion, service termination, or other measures deemed appropriate.
